Wistron To Make Pocket PC Phone/Smartphone

Look for either a new Smartphone 2002 or Pocket PC 2002 Phone Edition (or both) from Wistron next year. Wistron is the company making the Dell Pocket PC. "The company plans to make smartphones in the second quarter of next year, using Microsoft’s Pocket PC 2003 Phone Edition and Intel’s newly-launched PXA 262 chip, which places an Intel XScale technology based processor directly on top of Intel StrataFlash memory chips in a single package."
