PDA turns into evidence

Ryan Mock of PDABlast has a nice story on a Sony Clie that became evidence that nailed its owner. The police used a warrant to search the Sony Clie of a suspect of a theft identity ring. As the guy made a lot of use of his PDA in his activities they found a lot of interesting things. Names, pictures, To Do's.... "With the increased popularity of digital organizers police are seeing an increased usage in pdas with criminals. Everyone from drug dealers to pimps are taking advantage of the convenience which a pda can offer. Many times these individuals mistakenly believe that the information they are storing on these devices is private - when experts feel that it is actually quite easy to crack the encryption on most Palm handhelds."
