So just how DO I know whether I should be making that 120 yard shot with a 9-iron or a 3-wood? With my severely limited golf abilities, maybe I need the new Swing Thing software from Two Peaks.
The sole purpose of this inexpensive ($4.95) software is to help with golf club recommendations, based upon the remaining distance to the hole. You simply input the distance using the large on-screen buttons, and Swing Thing tells you which club to use. The buttons are even deliberately large, making the software easy to use while wearing a golf glove.
Now, if somebody could just develop software that can recommend how I can keep from "five-putting" every hole...
