Pocket PC Awards 2002

It's that time of year again! Pocket PC awards are being handed out, and you can go to this site to see the nominations. Unfortunately, there's no "people's choice" element this year, I think largely due to some of the controversy from last year. Regardless, it's great to see these hard-working developers get some recognition for the excellent applications. It was hard to cast the tie-breaking vote in some of these categories. :wink:
"The second annual Pocket PC magazine Best Product Awards will be given at the October 21-24 Pocket PC Summit in Hollywood, California. Click here for more information about the Awards party, Oct 23 evening. Results will be published in the January 2003 issue of Pocket PC magazine. Pocket PC magazine’s Nitin Gupta and the Board of Pocket PC Experts selected Nominations for the 2002 Awards from the PocketPCmag.com Encyclopedia of Software and Accessories database. To be eligible, the version of the software had to have been released by July 2002. To have a product listed or updated in the encyclopedia, e-mail Nitin Gupta, [email][email protected][/email]. The experts have voted. The finalists are indicated in bold in the nominee list."
