Windows Phone Thoughts: Deals! Deals! Deals!

A couple of astute readers have pointed out that CompUSA is really slashing its prices on Pocket PCs (and other "lesser" PDAs). There are various rebates for several Pocket PCs, sometimes knocking about $100 off the regular retail price. You can see the promotions they're running here.



BUT...they've got another offer: if you go to your local CompUSA, you can get a $100 rebate for trading in any type of PDA (time to get rid of those old Palms). I haven't been able to find out if CompUSA's online prices are matched in their stores, but if they are, you might be able to grap a new Pocket PC for under $300! You can download the rebate info here, but remember that this file is over 100k in size.

UPDATE: I've been told that the trade-in promotion ended last week, but haven't been able to confirm this. I sure couldn't see any expiration date on the ad, but I'll find out and let you know.
