According to a report by The Inquirer Dell has ordered one and a half million PDAs from Wistron, an ODM. On the other hand HTC, known for its work on the iPAQ and XDA, is still mulling over whether to supply devices too. So the question remains: "Who is going to build the Dell Pocket PC?".
