ROM 1.20 for Korean and German iPAQs out

The ROM for non-bluetooth iPAQ 3800 series is out if you have a German or Korean device. Strange that English (UK) isn't out yet. Also still missing are Chinese, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish versions, all of which exist for the 387x bluetooth models. Look for those in the coming days and weeks.
