Soft Pocket Solutions is getting ready to launch their new expense tracking and reporting application, EZ-Expense. Like most worthwhile programs of this type, EZ-Expense allows you to collect your spending data and then synchronize it with your desktop PC.
Their site mentions these features:
• Allows entry of personal and company information
• User may customize payment sources
• Allows user to customize currency and automatic conversions
• User can separate payments by reimbursable, non-reimbursable, or deductible expenses
• User may assign expenses by location, purpose, company code, or cost center
I think I've tried just about every other expense application out there, and have yet to find one that suits all of my needs. Judging by the many screenshots shown for EZ-Expense, this seems to have the kind of flexibility I need.
How about the rest of you, though? If you use your Pocket PC to track business expenses (including travel costs), what applications or techniques can you recommend to me?
