Easily resize images to use on your Pocket PC

There is a Windows XP Power Toy called Image Resizer that works pretty well - especially if you don't have a graphics program installed that can resize for you. Simply right-click on an image, select "Resize Pictures." A Pocket PC is 240X320, but to get the image to show up completely, especially if you are resizing it for the Theme Generator for Pocket PC 2002, you need to use an image size of 241X290. That will ensure the image works with all Start Menu sizes while minimizing the amount cut off by the lower task bar on the Today Screen. Source: pt
