Forum template updates

Our keen webmaster, Chris Edwards, has done a bit of template tweaking and I can confirm that the forums will look nice at 800 x 600, no horizontal scrolling, and they appear to scale down decently at 640 x 480 (although I can't confirm that - I have nothing that goes that low). So, Jeff Kirvin, get off my back.
