Two Peaks, the company that brought us Traveller and Personal Vehicle Manager, has announced its newest product: Personal Health & Diet Manager. This software keeps track of your exercising and eating habits and helps you create a plan for weight and health management.
(And, no, I do not base my personal diet on Mountain Dew!)
• Track nutrition information for the food you eat every day.
• Set diet goals for losing or gaining weight. Then watch your progress.
• Log information about your workouts and exercise. Track heart rates, training zones and other useful data about every exercise.
• Easily organize and rearrange a vast number of food items according to menus, recipes and customizable categories.
• Track valuable daily data besides your weight, including resting pulse rate, hours slept, blood pressure, and even diabetes-related information. All this data can be graphed later, identifying trends or submitted to a physician.
• Several useful calculators to help you analyze your health in real time, including BMI and Target Heart Rate.
• Track points from popular diet programs such as Weight Watchers (tm).
The Web page says that a desktop companion version will be offered soon. That's one thing that I really like about Two Peaks' software; their desktop versions make extensive data entry and review much easier.
