iPAQ H3800 Backup File Restoration Utility

Compaq has announced a new Softpaq utility to help when performing a restoration from a 3800 device with a different processor revision. Typically, this happens when trying to restore after getting a unit back from service.
The Compaq site gives this description:
"The error message this corrects is:
'The restore could not be completed successfully because the selected backup was created from a different type of model.'
The current version of Activesync (3.1 and 3.5) detects changes in the processor revision and prevents the restore. This utility modifies your existing backup file to be compatible with either a B4 or B5 processor revision."
