Kyocera bringing out a Pocket PC 2002 device?

Willboy found something very interesting on the Kyocera Japan web site - it seems Kyocera, makers of a Palm/phone device, are bringing out a Pocket PC 2002 device. Can one of you wonderful people that read Japanese give us some sort of partial translation?
UPDATE: It's not a Pocket PC 2002 device, but a Java-based device. Oops!
