Microsoft invites a new member to its Mobility Partner Advisory Council: Socket Communications. I am a long time customer of theirs, with great experiences with their Digital Phone Cards and Ethernet network adapters for Pocket PCs. Membership is well deserved, I'd say, and I hope to see that they can benefit from participating as well as that they (continue to) bring innovative ideas and products to the council.
"Microsoft formed the council in an effort to bring the most innovative and successful solutions to market with like-minded companies investing heavily in mobility. ... Socket's products enable mobile professionals to connect their Windows Powered Pocket PC handheld devices, including those from Casio, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, and Toshiba, to computer networks anytime, anywhere. Socket's connectivity products include Bluetooth cards, wireless LAN cards, digital phone cards, 56K modem cards, and Ethernet cards."
