Cage sent us a message about the release of a new Pocket PC version of WebCopier "a powerful offline browser that records websites and stores them locally until you are ready to view them". It is not an automated route, like with Avantgo, but a desktop application that can save a website as a project, and a viewer for the project on your Pocket PC. It sounds like a good solution for static content.
