Almost poetry, almost insane, totally hysterical

You may recall this, uhm... er... disturbing post from last week. Well, Mr. Padgett is at it again. I was almost in tears after the first two paragaphs. I am pretty sure they were tears of laughter. ;-) Thanks again (I think) to Brandon^2 for the link.
