Toshiba E570 EUU1 Update

This has been a long time coming - Toshiba is months behind other OEMs in releasing their EUU1 update for Pocket PC 2002. It fixes a few bugs like the reverse DNS problem, among other things. Thanks to Jamie Ridyard for letting us know this was out.
