I've been a long-time subscriber to Lockergnome, and I can honestly say I learn something new from every issue, whether it's a tip or a new app that I want to check out. They're bundling that knowledge into packages called "Gnometomes". I checked out the eBook version of their Windows tips, and it's really well done - well worth the money.
