PerfectHome nears final release

Having just moved into a new home (and still reeling from the experience), I'm very interested in any software that will let me keep track of the dizzying amount of information that goes along with being a home owner. PerfectHome by TwoPeaks Software is nearing final release, and I'm really excited about the new software!
"I also wanted to let you know that we've made a lot of improvements and added some really new cool features based on your requests. Among them, PerfectHome will now support multiple mortgages for a single home, an easy way to track your home CD/DVD/Video library, a Task list that lets you create home improvement projects (e.g: fix the garage door, repair windows etc.), and even download new projects from the Web. There's even more cool stuff that I will mention later."
